Delivery time guarantee

We promised to deliver your food within 40 minutes in our ranged area will be delivered to your door or lobby. However, the weather condition and serval other factors may vary time to time. If your order is not delivered on time within the specified time, It is free of charge

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:

In Addition to our Time Delivery Guarantee, we provide satisfaction guarantee too. Incase if any item has been delivered wrong or missing. We provide tow options for the customer.

Complete replacement. We will replace it for the client.
If customer accept what is delivered; there will be 50% store credit for the next purchase.

Restrictions:

Delivery time guarantee doesn’t apply all the time.

If the order is bigger and it needs more cooking time so we cannot deliver at normal delivery time as more time required for cooking.
If the weather condition is not good and it is hard to make delivery and there are road and weather restrictions, then delivery time guarantee doesn’t apply.
